  • Visit the Delivery ETA page for our current delivery turnaround time.
  • Minimum 3 yard delivery required
  • One bulk product per order, we are not equipped for split loads, if you require two different bulk products you must place a second order. Customers are welcome to add fertilizers or straw to any order.
  • Orders exceeding vehicle weight capacity may require additional delivery fees
  • NH/VT Road Postings – Please be aware that most towns will post their roads in the spring for weight limits due to the damage from large trucks while the roads are freezing and thawing. Please check with your Town Office if you are not sure of your road’s posting status.  Unpaved roads can create dangerous hazards for large trucks, please identify postings or other hazards in the comment section upon checkout
  • Gardener's Supply will only drive on established driveways and roads, at no time will our driver drive on your lawn. We reserve the right to refuse delivery if at any time our driver feels unsafe due to incline, surface integrity or overhead obstructions.
  • Please place a tarp, flagged stake or some other clear indication of where you would like your product dumped. We ask that you investigate obstructions that may create delivery or safety hazards such as overhead branches, power lines and roof overhangs.
  • Homeowner presence is not required however, drop location must be clearly marked and accessible
  • Delivery fees are based on the Zip code of the delivery address and are not negotiable
  • A valid e-mail address is required and will serve as our primary communication vehicle regarding the status of your order. Please add deliveryleb@gardeners.com to your address book to avoid critical updates being delivered to junk mail
  • We are committed to meeting our schedules. However, from time-to-time deliveries may be delayed for any number of reasons including lack of available stock, extreme weather, employee absences or vehicle breakdowns. In these rare cases we will reach out to you via e-mail or phone to reschedule.
  • Due to the volume of spring deliveries, scheduled delivery routes and unpredictable weather events we operate on a floating schedule where customers maintain their spot in the queue as schedules shift.  We cannot guarantee an exact time for your delivery however, we will confirm a 3 day window of delivery via E-mail. Please monitor the e-mail you provided at checkout to ensure you remain up to date on the status of your order.
