When will my delivery arrive?
Current Approximate Lead Time: preorder now, we'll start to delivery early to mid April!
Please note that lead time might be longer depending on your posted roads. All orders are processed on a first in, first out basis based on delivery location. You cannot specify a delivery date. We try to keep the above lead time as accurate as possible to help you time your delivery.
How does it work?
1. After you place your order, we will send you an email within 2 business days that outlines a 3 day delivery window. Please monitor the e-mail you provided at checkout to ensure you remain up to date on the status of your order.
2. A driver will call you on the day of your delivery prior to leaving our Garden Center letting you know they are on their way.
3. The driver will deliver your order.
Gardener’s Supply operates on a floating schedule where customers maintain their spot in the queue as schedules shift. Currently we are scheduling deliveries on Thursday, Friday & Saturday only, due to driver availability. We cannot guarantee an exact time for your delivery or deliver on days other than Thursday through Saturday.
We are committed to meeting our schedules. However, from time-to-time deliveries may be delayed for any number of reasons including lack of available stock, extreme weather, employee absences or vehicle breakdowns. In these rare cases we will reach out to you via e-mail or phone to reschedule.
